Beginning Friday, August 23, you can access your case information faster and easier when using the Interactive Voice Response system by choosing the voice recognition option. When you call 1-877-NJKIDS1, say access my case, then enter your member ID and PIN. Once verified by our system, you will be given the option to enroll. If you select yes, you will be asked to repeat a sequence of numbers to verify your "voiceprint" . Once enrolled, your phone number and pass phrase will be saved for future calls, giving you greater security and convenience--and you won't need to enter your member ID and PIN for future calls. The system instead will recognize the phone number you used to enroll and will prompt you to speak a pass phrase which will verify your voice to identify you as the caller.
