If you are a New Jersey Child Support EPPICard holder that was impacted by the Target Corporation breach that occurred from November 27, 2013 to December 15, 2013, and have not yet received your replacement EPPICard debit card; be assured that your new card has been mailed to your address on record. Please be advised that due to the extreme severe inclement weather that affected the nation, some customers have experienced a delay with the delivery of replacement cards. MasterCard and EPPICard are working diligently to provide Child Support customers affected by the Target Department Store breach with new replacement debit cards as expeditiously as possible.
